mixed-media installation with lighting and mobile glass elements
A series of four carved and painted wood panels, featuring the design elements of point, line, plane and space. This piece explored how two-dimensional surfaces could be pierced and brought together to create sculptural form. Corresponding shapes of coloured glass have been suspended in and amongst the panels, moving with the air currents and creating constantly changing patterns of colour, shape and light within the installation.
